Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
After a brief run earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned for a limited time available until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the complete package is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Additionally, there exist multiple package options offered in this deal.
Primary Feature
The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application that can be used to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though the purchase is available on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
Charitable Component
Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale supports charitable organizations. In this instance, the beneficiary is Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief. The Bundle Filters option appear near the page top, though users may also choose their donation amount in the right-hand section. Additionally available is an donation allocation menu immediately below, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
